At PawMarked, we want you and your pet to be absolutely thrilled with your order. Because most of our products are custom-made, our return policy is a little different from a standard store.

1. Custom & Personalized Items Because these items are laser-engraved specifically for your pet (with their name, your phone number, etc.), we cannot accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" once the item has been made.

  • Please double-check all spelling and phone numbers before placing your order.
  • If you made a mistake in your order, please contact us within 12 hours, and we will try our best to update it before production starts.

2. Our "Perfect Print" Guarantee We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we made a mistake with the engraving (e.g., we spelled the name wrong), we will make it right!

  • You do not need to return the item.
  • Simply email us a photo of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will send you a free replacement immediately or offer a full refund.

3. Non-Custom Items For items that are not personalized (e.g., standard accessories), we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
