Processing Time (Customization) All our products are made to order. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to engrave and polish your item before it is shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

• Standard Shipping: 7-12 business days.
• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.

International Shipping We currently ship to the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. PawMarked is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
